Sorry it took so long, but here is my report.
Investigating Anti gravity using a toastCatAim: To find out whether anti gravity can be achieved by gluing buttered toast to the back of a cat, then dropping the cat.
Hypothesis: When a cat (which always lands on feet) is glued to the unbuttered side of toast (always lands butter side down) will be stuck in an endless gravitational vortex when dropped.
Materials:
- Toast
- Some cats (the more you are experimenting on, the more rounded your results will be)
- A mattress to drop the cat onto (not necessary)
- Epoxy glue, or super glue
- Toaster
Method:
- Make toast.
- Butter toast.
- Retrieve cats.
- Glue the unbuttered side in the toast to the cat's back.
- If you are using epoxy glue, wait five minutes for it to dry. If you are using another type of glue, wait the recommended time until lit is dried.
- Suspend cat over mattress.
- Drop cat.
- Record results.
- Repeat with all test subjects.
Observations:
The cat was not stuck in an endless gravitational vortex, although it is still possible, as not all cats were tested on - due to escape from test subject pen.
- Recommend repeat of experiment.
Conclusion: Due to absence of test subjects, experiment was not finished. But, the only cat tested fell flat onto the mattress.
So i think we can safely say that the hypothesis is not correct.
